John E. Palmer is Chairman of Palmer & Palmer, Inc., a firm that provides investment banking and project strategy advisory services to mid-market communications, media, distribution and financial services companies. In his 17 years as a mergers and acquisitions specialist, he has advised and/or completed more than $3 billion of transactions. He has been involved in the media business for more than 50 years, holding executive positions at companies including Mutual Broadcasting, Broadcast Clearing House and KIIS Radio, which he served as President, General Manager and Majority Owner, guiding the station from a non-rated entity to the #2 station in Los Angeles in two years. As an entrepreneur in Southern California, he started the successful Le Dome, Rose Tattoo and Croissants-USA restaurants and the Beverly Hills People newspaper. Mr. Palmer is married with four grown children and resides in Manhattan.
